Parameters Calibration of Discrete Element Model for Corn Straw Cutting Based on Hertz-Mindlin with Bonding

چکیده

Aiming at the lack of a precise discrete element model in simulation analysis corn straw crushing, this paper established bond models with different structure and particle properties based on Hertz-Mindlin bonding, verified by combining physical test optimization design methods. Firstly, study generates bonded bonding for epidermis-epidermis, inner flesh-internal flesh, epidermis-internal respectively. The parameters are calibrated help bending damage test, actual 2 mm/min speed. It shows that maximum destructive force errors epidermis flesh 2.4% 1.6%, On basis, is epidermis—epidermis, flesh—inner epidermis—inner bond. failure mechanical similar between simulated power 288 N 292 N, relative error 1.36%. feasibility verified, which can be applied to cutting crushing process.
